Warranty
At Livvio we offer Industry best warranty on all our products.
Warranty on Beds: 10 years for structure; 5 years for Foam, 1 year for any mechanism and electricals.
Warranty on Sofas/Recliners: 5 years for foam and structure; 1 year for any mechanism and electricals.
Warranty on Mattresses: 10 years for foam.
The warranty covers manufacturing/ workmanship and material defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.
What is not covered under this warranty?
This limited warranty does not apply to:
Normal wear and tear
Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents
Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or Cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg upholstered furniture will Lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)
No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers
How to claim warranty?
In case of any defect/issue with the product, you can simply contact us on WhatsApp Livvio Customer care.
We may ask you to send us some pictures or videos of the issue and provide a proof of purchase. If the issue falls under our warranty policy we will go with the following process.
Warranty Process: Once verified, depending on the issue we may get the product fixed on-site/ send you a replacement part or whole product/ provide a monetary compensation. The decision to provide you one of the above mentioned solutions lies completely with the company (Livvio Interiors LLP).
