Return and Refund policy

To ensure a proper customer satisfaction we have 48 hours return policy, in case of different, damaged or defective product.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please feel free to let us know within 48 hours of delivery. So, we can take a request for return. We may ask you to send pictures and videos to confirm the reason for return. Post acceptance of return request, our pickup team will reach your place to inspect the product and collect the item from your place.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we do not refund or reissue any coupon used in the item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Timeline

We have instant refund option for all our customers. As soon as we receive the product and the product passes the product inspection, refund will be created into the customer original payment account within 24 hours.

 

Note: As per RBI Guidelines sometimes it will take 5 to 7 working days for the refund credit post initiation.
