All of our sofas and beds at Livvio are made using only premium quality of Foam, Fabric and Solid wood.  We do not use particle board or engineered board in our furniture. 

All our sofas come with atleast 4 to 6 inches of foam with export quality bands and springs.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To prolong the life of your fabric upholstered furniture, keep in mind these simple tips-
1.Keep upholstered furniture from direct sunlight and keep it away from sharp objects to prevent wear and tear.
2.Always lift your sofa, do not drag them as you may break or scratch the legs. Do not sit on the arms or the back of your sofa as it may break the frame.
3.Attend to spills and stains immediately.
4.Vacuum sofas periodically with a soft bristled brush attachment or lightly brush them to keep general dirt dust off the sofa and prevent any embedding between the fibers.
5.Avoid prolonged outdoor use, exposure to water and moisture.

Warranty

Livvio offers Industry best warranty on all our products.

Warranty on Beds: 10 years for structure; 5 years for Foam, 1 year for any mechanism and electricals.

Warranty on Sofas/Recliners: 5 years for foam and structure; 1 year for any mechanism and electricals.

The warranty covers manufacturing/ workmanship and material defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.
What is not covered under this warranty?
This limited warranty does not apply to:
Normal wear and tear
Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents
Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or Cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg upholstered furniture will Lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)
No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers
